Remuneration: Base salary performance bonus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Qualify and accelerate partner-led opportunities to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to drive efficient deal progression.
- Maintain CRM accuracy by updating records monitoring pipeline health and following up on aged opportunities.
- Manage opportunities by closing directly or routing to the appropriate team based on stage and value.
- Provide feedback to improve partner lead quality and engagement processes.
- Develop and document best practices workflows and collaboration models.
- Work closely with business development teams to manage and convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Ensure timely follow-up and proper lead routing for smooth handoffs.
- Proactively generate new business in small and mid-sized business segments through outbound outreach (phone email social channels etc.).
- Research accounts to identify needs decision-makers and buying triggers.
- Tailor messaging to demonstrate solutions and highlight business value.
- Execute outbound sales campaigns aligned with regional or product initiatives.
- Build and manage opportunities in unattended accounts ensuring proper follow-up and closure.
- Track and analyze opportunity progression lead aging and conversion metrics.
- Support shorter sales cycles for small and mid-market deals.
- Ensure smooth transitions of opportunities to account managers or sales representatives with full context provided.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in German (C1) with proficiency in writing and written. As well as proficiency in English (at least B2).
- 13 years of experience in lead generation sales development or inside sales (preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment).
- Proven success in prospecting cold calling and delivering sales pitches with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable discussing technology topics and quick to learn new solutions.
- Understanding of SMB market dynamics and customer buying behaviors is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Dynamics) and sales engagement tools (e.g. Outreach Salesloft).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize manage pipelines and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
- Collaborative team player with adaptability and willingness to learn.
