Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional ready to make an impact Were looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive growth across Germanyfor SentinelOnes enterprise sales team.
In this role youll be responsible for identifying and qualifying high-value leads through both inbound and outbound outreach. Youll serve as a key link between our Marketing and Sales teams - initiating conversations understanding potential customers needs and setting the foundation for successful enterprise-level engagements.
Were looking for someone confident with cold outreach and prospecting ideally with experience in a Sales Development position. However were also open to candidates from other backgrounds with transferable skills in lead generation business development or client-facing roles.

What will you do
- Present SentinelOne to potential enterprise clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calls emails and marketing campaigns.
- Manage inbound interest and actively pursue outbound opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand client needs business models and key decision-making processes.
- Tailor product messaging and solutions to resonate with enterprise-level prospects.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Book qualified meetings and calls for Account Executives to progress deals.
- Collaborate closely with the enterprise sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and strategic alignment.
- Report on key metrics pipeline activity and outcomes to the Business Development Manager.
- Stay current on product features competitive landscape and relevant industry trends.
- Work fully remotely from Germany and visit our Amsterdam office once per quarter.
What skills and experience should you bring
- Fluency in English and German (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in a Sales Development Sales Account Executive or related lead-generation role.
- Confidence and professionalism in cold calling and outbound outreach.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Solid working knowledge of Excel for tracking and analyzing performance data.
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to confidently deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.
- A proactive team-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and learning.
