Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across the Bulawayo region ensuring efficiency productivity and profitability.
- Lead mentor and develop regional teams including sales field officers and operations staff.
- Drive sales growth and manage client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor regional budgets financial performance and operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

- 7 years of experience in agricultural operations sales or regional management with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record in managing multi-site operations and delivering business results.
- Strong understanding of operational and financial management in the agricultural sector.
