Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Chennai Tamil Nadu. This full-time position requires a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in sales specifically within the electrical and electronics industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in lead generation and sales within the construction and elevator sectors.
Tasks
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
- Generate leads through networking cold calling and other prospecting techniques.
- Manage and mentor a sales team to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Forecast sales accurately and manage sales budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Skills
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales particularly within the electrical and electronics elevator and construction sectors.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and techniques.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology () degree.
