Core One is seekingEngineering and Architecture Leadto support our IC program. This position requires a TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance.

The Engineering and Architecture Lead is responsible for designing developing and delivering high-quality web applications and internal tools. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to architect build and continuously improve robust scalable and secure systems. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in modern development frameworks and tools and brings a proactive approach to enhancing system performance availability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs conduct user research and translate insights into innovative design solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g. operations support product data teams) to understand user pain points and translate them into intuitive software solutions.
• Write clean maintainable and well-tested code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews design discussions and team planning sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.
• Continuously improve system performance scalability and security.
• Integrate with internal and third-party systems
• Design develop and maintain tools and systems that improve operational efficiency internal workflows and customer-facing functions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Cloud Computing Computer Science Information Technology Information Systems or Cybersecurity
• 10 years of architecture and engineering experience in the IC
• Demonstrated six (6) years of experience in architecting and engineering classified IC systems
• Certified in AWS or equivalent cloud technology.
• Three (3) years of experience using C2C or C2E to deliver technical solutions
• Experience with TMOD Archer design and development
• TS/SCI w/ Poly

Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in any of the above disciplines
• Experience designing and documenting information systems in DoDAF architecture models and views
• Experience with data visualization aggregation and reporting tool such as iPowerBI Tableau
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. Oracle) and NoSQL data solutions SQL and other query languages
• Experience with AI/ML
• 10 years working in the IC
