About the Job:

As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team youll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a Lead Data Engineering Developer youll play an integral role: using your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our solutions for our customers.

What Youll Get to Do:

• Utilize Advanced SQL proficiency across platforms especially PL/SQL and Oracle database administration enabling complex data modeling performance tuning and scalable query design for enterprise-grade systems.
• Design and deploy scalable data ecosystems on AWS and Databricks leveraging tools like AWS Glue Lambda CDK and Terraform to support high-volume real-time and batch processing.
• Deliver ML Ops pipelines and agentic AI solutions including model deployment monitoring and optimization for business-critical use cases.
• Build self-healing event-driven ETL frameworks with embedded data quality checks significantly improving reliability and reducing operational overhead.
• CI/CD pipeline development using GitHub Actions ML Flow and infrastructure-as-code tools to accelerate deployment cycles and ensure consistency across environments.
• Implement IAM encryption best practices and compliance frameworks to ensure secure and governed data operations.

WhatYoull Bring with You:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Data Science or similar.
• Consulting experience ideally in Financial Services.
• Advanced SQL Expertise especially PL/SQL.
• Cloud-Native Data Architecture knowledge.
• AI/ML Engineering & Optimization experience.
• ETL Mastery & Data Quality Engineering.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring emerging AI tools.
• Strong ability to align technical execution with business strategy present to executive stakeholders on various topics and provide realistic estimates for delivery timelines to leadership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work in the Orlando (Maitland) office 3 days/week.
