Role/ Department:

Join an established FX Sales team that are the primary point of contact for FX clients. This involves Client relationship and coverageNegotiating and executing direct trading on various platforms. Supporting clients in choosing the right execution solution. Working closely and collaboratively with the trading team to ensure effective risk management. Working with various internal teams to provide a seamless lifecycle of a trade. Handling client queries and being a trusted partner.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to custody and clients offering a wide range of tailored Direct dealing and Outsourced FX workflow solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships ensuring proactive engagement and a deep understanding of client investment and operational needs to ensure the bank build and retain clients.
  • Partner and support Relationship managers Product and Trading teams to identify opportunities and deliver world class FX workflow solutions.
  • Execute sales strategies to grow FX revenues across the custody client base focusing on both flow and strategic solutions.
  • Stay abreast of market developments macroeconomic trends and regulatory changes to provide timely insights and guidance to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver client pitches product updates and be a vital member of the client calling programme.
  • Assist clients with onboarding and transaction related queries in coordination with various internal groups.
  • Prices FX currency transactions (Spot Forward Swaps NDF and NDS) to maximize profits while meeting bank risk profile and client needs.
  • Proven track record in EFX with monitoring and pricing various FX platforms.
  • Ability to interpret understand and deliver on client needs along with spotting cross selling opportunities across the franchise.

Skills/ Qualifications:

The successful candidate will benefit from having:

  • Proven experience in Foreign Exchange trading sales or operations.
  • In depth knowledge of FX Markets products and execution models (spot forwards swaps NDFs and hedging solutions)
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market dynamics and client needs.
  • Familiarity with regulatory Frameworks impacting FX an custody services.
