Ideally wed love for you to hold:
- A strong focus on Image of Child
- The proven ability to plan implement and evaluate programs through a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
- AnACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a Diploma qualification within 3 months of commencement)
- A current and State relevant Working with Childrens Check
- Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
- Additional Child Protection Training in line with section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Queensland Government. Completion of 1 of the following courses will ensure compliance; CHCPRT025 CHCPRT001 CHCPRT026 CHCPRT002 or CHCECE057 (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
- Current Anaphylaxis Asthma CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
