About the role:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled technical lead to join our department who will be responsible for a portfolio of technology services. The technical lead should understand Certinia and human capital practices to support administer and maintain application enhancements across platforms particularly in resource management staffing and time entry. The ideal candidate will work alongside a highly technical team of admins and technical SMEs related to Certinia and successfully partner with our Human Capital teams as well as many other talent management and recruiting stakeholders to drive success and address their requirements application questions implement changes and drive application enhancements.

Qualifications :

Some of the main responsibilities for the role include: 

Application Management: 

  • Provide support activities for the Resource Management Staffing and Time Entry modules as well as custom HC-related functionalities built within the clients Certinia Solution. 

  • Implement and oversee application changes and enhancements related to Talent Management and HC Operations business areas. 

  • Collaborate with other Tech teams addressing issues and questions about integrations with other systems such as Workday and Performance Management and internal tools. 

Stakeholder Collaboration: 

  • Act as a liaison between the human capital and technical teams to understand and address 

  • application-related needs. 

  • Provide technical solutions to meet business requirements. 

  • Drive the development and enhancements of the application relating to finance and accounting matters. 

  • Conduct user training sessions on application functionalities and best practices. 

  • Offer technical support to internal teams regarding Certinia applications. 

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application processes and configurations. 

  • Ensure data integrity and security within the applications.

Job Skills/Requirements

 90% English written and oral (at least C1 level) with excellent communication skills 
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration or Certinia (preferred). 
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business analysis and solutions. 
- Demonstrated capability to work with business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions 
- Agile delivery experience using methodologies like Scrum or SAFe and tools like ServiceNow Jira and Azure DevOps. 
- Candidates must possess full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English 
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail. 
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. 
- Team player with a collaborative approach to work. 
- Strong communicator in both verbal and written form able to articulate concepts and ideas break 
through barriers engage people and work effectively with others under pressure. 
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
- Ability to build positive relationships with internal stakeholders. 
- Neutral toward technology vendor and product choices more interested in results than in personal 
preferences. 
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. 
- Proactive and self-motivated demonstrating a keen sense of ownership and accountability).
