The Opportunity:

    • As a Business Support Coordinator you will play a crucial role in delivering operational activities and supporting the implementation of strategic priorities to support business outcomes in Deal the future this role may evolve beyond exclusively supporting the Deal Advisory division.

Day to day you will:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the seamless functioning of the Deal Advisory division.
    • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring effective communication and coordination.
    • Organise and manage diaries scheduling meetings appointments and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Play an active role in event management ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
    • Preparation of documents presentations and supporting materials for our teams
    • Work closely with the broader Business Support function to deliver high-quality work efficiently and effectively

About you:

    • Previous experience in an administrative capacity supporting senior stakeholders in a corporate environment.
    • An ability to leverage experience to solve problems and make decisions.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle curve balls with ease.
    • Possessing event experience or an interest in event management will be advantageous to ensure smooth and successful Deal Advisory gatherings.
    • Experience and proficiency in navigating the complete Microsoft Suite is essential.
    • Proactiveness confidence and initiative are essential qualities.
