Maintain consistency in style and branding across episodes
Collaborate with the founder to bring the creative vision to life
Continuously improve edits based on feedback and performance data
Requirements
What Were Looking For
YouTube Editing Expertise Youve edited content for other YouTube channels and understand what keeps audiences watching
Storytelling Skills You know how to structure raw footage into a clear engaging narrative
Business/E-Commerce Awareness Experience with DTC or business-related content is a plus
Creativity Strong sense of pacing visuals and editing flow
Reliable & Independent You deliver on time without constant supervision
Attention to Detail From color grading to audio balance your edits feel professional
