Wearelooking for an experiencedProjectManager to join us ata really excitingtime of growth and expansion.
As a Project Manager at UNRVLD youll beleadingyourproductionteam on a journey for the clients managing multiple projects and big budgets alongside a dedicated Product Owner and Technical Team Lead.
While workingclosely with the Account Manager to nurture key relationships as well as collaborating ona strategy and programme of work which you will lead on.
We work in anAgile environment and our projects are delivered by cross discipline teams. These are made up of architects developers designers QAs andSEO specialistsa very talentedbunch of the Project Manager your roleis to keep everyone organised productive and happy!
*This role can be based at one of our offices located in Belfast London Leeds Cardiff or Manchester. With a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office.
Role Responsibilities:
- Managing project financials and reporting commercial performance clearly and accurately to the account management team
- Managingcustomer relationsandmaintaining stakeholder confidenceand trust
- Resource planningand capacity modelling ensuring your team is fully utilised and billable
- Managing multiple large projectsand BAU activity within your productionteam
- Managing risk on projects and applying and ensuring appropriate and necessary frameworks are in place
- Providing weekly reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Producing and delivering upon project plans
- Facilitating workshops meetings (face to face and online) and enabling others to work efficiently and without distraction removing blockers where they appear
- Proactively solving problems and escalating where required
- Asking for feedback and listening to your team through established SCRUM ceremonies to ensure everyone is happy challenged and being given opportunities to grow
- Providingsales support whenrequired
Experience Required:
- Were looking for candidates who haveproven project management experience in digital applications multimedia software development and showing working knowledge of full project lifecycle/SDLC
- Financial management experience - managing budgets and realizing the value of projects
- Experience of managing remote or off-site teams and working with multiple projects and differing customers
- Experience of working in anAgile environment
- Knowledge and experience of working with an enterprise CMSor SitecoreShopify
