Position: Sales Manager – Gold Loan

CTC: Up to 9 LPA
Product: Gold Loan

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Gold Loan to drive business growth and manage the Gold Loan vertical. The role requires strong leadership team-handling skills and proven expertise in Gold Loan sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales and revenue targets for the Gold Loan business.
Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to deliver results.
Develop and manage channel partner networks for business sourcing.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Drive customer acquisition retention and portfolio growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Gold Loan sales (Bank/NBFC).
Team handling and leadership experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Gold Loan products and operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
