Position: Sales Manager – Gold Loan
CTC: Up to 9 LPA
Product: Gold Loan
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Gold Loan to drive business growth and manage the Gold Loan vertical. The role requires strong leadership team-handling skills and proven expertise in Gold Loan sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and revenue targets for the Gold Loan business.
- Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to deliver results.
- Develop and manage channel partner networks for business sourcing.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Drive customer acquisition retention and portfolio growth.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Gold Loan sales (Bank/NBFC).
- Team handling and leadership experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Gold Loan products and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
