Job Description

Pay: $110000 - $140000

Note: This position requires employees to work on a hybrid schedule at either the Boca Raton FL or Miami FL office.

Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have 1-5 years of litigation experience (employment commercial catastrophic injury or related areas is a plus).

Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex matters across several practice areas including:

  • Catastrophic Injury and Wrongful Death
  • Class Actions
  • Complex Commercial Litigation
  • Estate and Trust Litigation
  • Securities Arbitration and Litigation

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial and settlement
  • Drafting motions discovery and briefs
  • Managing depositions hearings mediations and arbitrations
  • Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
  • Collaborating with senior attorneys on complex matters

Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing
  • 15 years of litigation experience (2-4 years preferred)
  • Strong research writing and oral advocacy skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cases and deadlines independently
  • Proven track record of high performance in a fast-paced environment
