Job Description
Pay: $110000 - $140000
Note: This position requires employees to work on a hybrid schedule at either the Boca Raton FL or Miami FL office.
Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have 1-5 years of litigation experience (employment commercial catastrophic injury or related areas is a plus).

Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex matters across several practice areas including:
- Catastrophic Injury and Wrongful Death
- Class Actions
- Complex Commercial Litigation
- Estate and Trust Litigation
- Securities Arbitration and Litigation
Responsibilities include:
- Handling all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial and settlement
- Drafting motions discovery and briefs
- Managing depositions hearings mediations and arbitrations
- Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
- Collaborating with senior attorneys on complex matters
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing
- 15 years of litigation experience (2-4 years preferred)
- Strong research writing and oral advocacy skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage cases and deadlines independently
- Proven track record of high performance in a fast-paced environment
