What you ll do:
As a Trial Attorney you ll take ownership of your cases and push them toward successful resolution with the support of an experienced team. Key responsibilities include:
- Litigating a docket of personal injury cases from filing through resolution.
- Drafting persuasive pleadings motions and briefs.
- Leading discovery efforts including conducting and defending depositions.
- Representing clients in hearings mediations and arbitrations.
- Developing winning case strategies with senior trial attorneys.
- Negotiating aggressively with defense counsel to maximize client recovery.
What We re Looking For:
- Licensed and in good standing with the Missouri Bar (Illinois license a strong plus).
- 1 3 years of litigation experience (personal injury or insurance defense experience is highly valued).
- Exceptional skills in legal writing research and oral advocacy.
- Driven resilient and thrives in a fast-paced performance-oriented environment.
