Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney

We are a well-established law firm with a strong Trusts & Estates practice looking for a full-time associate attorney to join our team. Our practice spans sophisticated estate planning complex estate and trust administration and litigation in Surrogate s Court and Orphans Court. What We re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years (5 preferred) practicing in Trusts & Estates law.
  • Skills: Experience in complex estate planning estate and trust administration and Surrogate s Court/Orphans Court litigation.
  • Qualifications: Admission to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey (required).
  • Attributes: Strong analytical drafting and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
