Organizational transformation Lead the shift to vertical teams design AI-driven leadership programs and create a world-class experience for distributed teams.
Who you are
Operator before HR label - you think in P&L not just policies.
Tech-savvy - AI is your co-pilot not your fear.

Fluent in people analytics and curious about SQL/Python.

Youve likely scaled from 100 500 people and across multiple regions.
