HSEQ Officer Manufacturing
We re seeking an HSEQ Officer for a key support role contributing to the development and delivery of a strong safety quality and environmental culture across the business.
This would be a permanent position in Henderson WA.
About the Role
You will assist with day-to-day HSEQ activities maintain compliance and audit records and support the delivery of training reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays an important part in promoting a safe high-quality and environmentally responsible workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of workplace health and safety initiatives.
- Assist with the coordination and documentation of site safety inspections hazard identification and risk assessments.
- Maintain up-to-date HSEQ records including training logs incident reports inspections and action tracking.
- Maintain quality management system documentation in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
About You
- At least 1 year of experience working in a health and safety or HSEQ role within a manufacturing fabrication or industrial environment.
- Understanding of ISO management systems (ISO 9001 ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) is desirable but not essential.
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or currently completing)
- Training in incident investigation methodologies (e.g. ICAM or similar) would be advantageous
- First Aid and CPR certification
- White Card or equivalent workplace safety training
