A bit about your role
The Executive Manager Enablement & Value Proposition leads a dynamic function within New Developments accountable for enablement strategy value proposition development and competitive intelligence. This executive role ensures internal and external stakeholders are equipped with scalable tools training and collateral to effectively present and deliver nbns offerings.
It involves owning the strategic framework that defines and evolves New Developments market positioning while monitoring competitive activity to inform proactive enhancements and defend nbns reputation. The role collaborates across sales delivery marketing legal and industry bodies to align initiatives with business objectives drive stakeholder engagement and support long-term growth.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate holds a tertiary qualification in marketing communications business management or a related field and brings deep expertise in go-to-market execution enablement strategies and knowledge management.
They demonstrate advanced skills in change management project planning and content development with a strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear memorable messages. Exceptional communication presentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities are essential alongside a high level of self-organisation and cross-functional collaboration.
