The Role:
We are looking for anHR Executive to join our clients HR team in Noida reporting to theAssociate Director - HR.
This role will have a strong focus onTalent Acquisition especially during peak hiring quarters while also handlinggeneral HR responsibilities such as onboarding documentation MIS and employee engagement during lean periods.
If you are someone who genuinely enjoysrecruiting but also wants exposure to broader HR functions this role is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute theend-to-end recruitment process sourcing screening coordinating interviews and closing roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Manage smoothonboarding & induction experiences for new hires.
- Maintain HR MIS employee records and support compliance needs.
- Assist in engagement initiatives and contribute to broader HR projects.
Who Were Looking For:
- 12 years ofhands-on recruitment experience (tech/IT hiring preferred).
- Strong willingness to continue inTalent Acquisition as a career path.
- Good communication coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations (onboarding MIS documentation) is an advantage.
- Can joinimmediately or within 15 days.
