Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Pune / Ahmedabad
Experience Required: 12–13 Years
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in managing end-to-end software development projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes agile methodologies and stakeholder management. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed within scope budget and timelines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple software development projects through the complete SDLC (requirement gathering analysis design development testing deployment and support).

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope objectives deliverables and success criteria.

Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations.

Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices coding standards and quality guidelines.

Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives).

Track and monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Manage project budgets and resource utilization efficiently.

Ensure clear communication and status reporting to stakeholders and senior management.

Mentor coach and guide teams to improve delivery capabilities and productivity.
Requirements:

12–13 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in IT project management.

Strong experience in managing projects across the SDLC lifecycle.

Proven experience in Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent knowledge of project management tools (JIRA MS Project Confluence Trello etc.).

Strong stakeholder management negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
-
PMP PRINCE2 CSM or Agile certifications (preferred).

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or related field.
