Are you passionate about creating memorable moments and ensuring every detail is perfectly executed Join our dynamic team as a Meeting & Event Intern!

In this role you will be the driving force behind the seamless planning and execution of events. Furthermore you take on the role as host of our location in which you manage guest arrivals you keep members informed and you conduct regular checks to ensure our workspaces and meeting rooms are well-maintained. Youll work closely with the rest of our team to deliver exceptional experiences for our members and guests.

  • Answering internal and external meeting and event requests.
  • Giving tours in the building showing the possibilities.
  • Coordinating banqueting services with our catering partner(s).
  • Arranging extra furniture or other equipment via our suppliers.
  • Welcoming and guiding the organization and their guests on the day of the event.
  • Making sure all meetings and events run smoothly and that the location is well maintained and representative.
  • Post-event evaluation.
  • Operating the reception and being the first point of contact for people entering the building.
  • Mail telephone and intercom handling.
  • Dealing with complaints in a correct and timely manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ensuring all aspects of the meetings and events are covered and executed flawlessly.
  • Negotiate deals and outcomes with suppliers and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks budgets schedules and responsibilities efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with members and addressing their needs.
  • Capable of leading a team delegating tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Ambassador for the brand. You have a positive inspiring and social attitude.
  • Love to help. You have a hands-on pro-active approach to work.
  • Ownership. Sense of responsibility and a problem-solving approach to complaints and issues.
  • Resilience. Combining a need for challenge with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations.
  • Collaborative work attitude. Even though youre perfectly capable of doing things by yourself.
  • Great communicator both in writing and in personal conversations.
  • Flexibility to work in evenings or weekends (if necessary).
  • An eye for detail.
  • Fluent in English and/or Dutch.
  • Internship compensation of 500 per month.
