Job Description

Job Title: Client Feedback & Admin Intern

Location: Westlands Nairobi

Duration: 6 months (with potential for absorption into a full-time role)

Allowance: KES 20000 per month

About the Role:

Our client a dynamic and fast-growing recruitment and talent solutions firm is seeking a proactive Client Feedback & Admin Support Intern. The role is designed to enhance the client and candidate experience by managing inquiries coordinating feedback loops and supporting brand visibility through social media content scheduling. This internship offers hands-on exposure to client relationship management administration and digital engagement with a clear pathway for growth into a Communications & Client Experience Officer or Marketing Associate role.

Role Purpose:

To ensure seamless communication with clients and candidates manage inquiries efficiently support social media engagement and contribute to overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Redirect and resolve incoming client and candidate inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Manage communication channels including WhatsApp email LinkedIn and company website.
  • Collect record and report feedback from clients and candidates systematically.
  • Support recruiters with follow-ups on candidate communication.
  • Work closely with the CEO and Business Development team on new business inquiries.
  • Schedule social media posts (LinkedIn Facebook Instagram) according to the content calendar.
  • Monitor social media engagement flag trends and track audience questions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client details including contact information.
  • Prepare and share timely reports with internal teams.

Collaboration Points:

  • Work with recruiters and coordinators to ensure inquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Support the Sales team by redirecting correspondence and responding to potential client inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or student eager to gain practical experience in customer experience administration or communications.
  • Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn Facebook Instagram).
  • Eager to learn adaptable and able to work well in a team environment.
