PTO
Comp you control: $75K base + 20% uncapped commission on every deal you close. Hit ~6 deals/month to break $100K, ~15 deals/month to hit ~$140K, and ~20 deals/month to cross $160K+. If you crush it beyond that, the sky’s the limit — no one here will ever cap your earnings.
