* Direct supervision of administrative staff
* Monitor order entry purchasing and accounts receivable departments back up roles as necessary
* Maintain accounts payable including invoice entry and payment processing
* Set up new customers check credit determine credit limits and send terms of sale
* Process customer credits and refunds
* Provide sales reports using SAGE and Excel
* Print reports and perform month-end closing in ERP system
* Interface and with sales tax provider to verify monthly sales tax returns in multiple states
* Maintain Time & Attendance system; approve PTO as needed
* Coordinate Trade Shows
* M&R purchasing of miscellaneous office items including but not limited to supplies equipment services etc.
* Organize meetings including booking travel room space and other associated reservations as needed
* Handle confidential company information
* Assists VP of Operations and other members of management for miscellaneous tasks and project work as needed
* Support warehouse and back up warehouse manager if necessary.
* Filing and other miscellaneous clerical duties
Salary Range: $90000-$95000 depending on experience
Educational Requirements:
Bachelors degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
* Two to five years related experience preferred.
Other Skills and Abilities:
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to multi-task
* Detail orientation.
* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos.
* Ability to write simple correspondence.
* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest commissions proportions percentages area circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form.
* Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
* Basic keyboarding and Microsoft Office skills including MS Word and MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
* Knowledge of SAGE 100 a plus
