Job Description
Are you a talented cook with a passion for creating delicious wholesome meals Were looking for a seasonal cook to join our team and prepare meals for our hard-working staff on the weekends in September and October.
Requirements
- Plan and prepare meals for a set number of staff members each weekend day staff numbers range from 80-300.
- Create delicious menus that all of our staff will love to eat
- Ensure all meals are prepared and served on time.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Clean and sanitize dishes utensils and cooking equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience as a cook preferably in a high-volume setting
- Knowledge of various cooking methods ingredients equipment and procedures.
- Proven ability to work in a high-pressure fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
