David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for their Asia Markets that speaks either Thai Malay or Korean.
Position: Business Development Manager (Asia Markets)
Location: Remote within Thailand Malaysia Korea

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify recruit and manage strategic partners affiliates and business introducers across target markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive client acquisition revenue growth and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term business success.
- Represent the organization at relevant industry events conferences and networking opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence to senior management including insights on trends competitive landscape and regulatory updates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing Compliance and Operations to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Monitor regional business performance and prepare regular performance and strategy reports for leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) as well as Fluency in either Thai Malay or Korean with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Finance or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development partnerships or affiliate management preferably in digital services or technology-driven sectors.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing partner networks in international or emerging markets.
- Strong interpersonal negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions as required.
