Job Title: Manual Tester (Functional & Regression Testing)
Locations: Mumbai Pune Bangalore (India) / Boston (USA)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Manual Tester with 4 8 years of experience in functional and regression testing preferably with exposure to the capital markets domain. This role involves validating application behavior managing UAT checklists coordinating release sign-offs and supporting deployment verification across India and US locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional and regression testing for critical applications.
- Validate application behavior against defined business requirements.
- Manage and execute UAT checklists and testing documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for release sign-offs.
- Support deployment verification post-release.
- Identify document and track defects ensuring timely resolution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4 8 years of experience in manual testing.
- Strong expertise in functional and regression testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with UAT and release management processes.
- Capital markets domain experience preferred.
- Strong analytical documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of test automation tools (e.g. Selenium Cypress).
- Experience working in agile or hybrid environments.
