Job Description
Title: Techno Functional (Java) With PBY N Model N or Model N Flex
Experience: 3-8 yrs
Immediate
Note: Highlighted few pointers which are mandate for the job roles
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design develop and test customizations working closely with Solution Architect/Tech Lead and Client teams.
- Create custom applications that support and enhance the Model N LS solution using Java Oracle and scripting languages.
- Provide consultation and support to Professional Services colleagues when needed.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing technical expertise and best practices.
Must Have:
Technical Skills
- Java Development
- Strong experience in Object-Oriented Design/Programming.
- Hands-on expertise in Core Java and J2EE.
- At least 3 years of experience in server-side real-time transaction-based Java development.
- Proficiency in Java/JDBC.
- Exposure to Servlets Eclipse IDE and Version Control Systems.
- Core Java Fundamentals: OOPs Exception Handling Collections.
- Advanced Java: Multithreading JVM Performance Tuning.
- Practical Skills: Clean coding Unit Testing Debugging.
- Database (Oracle SQL & PL/SQL)
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL development experience.
- SQL Fundamentals: Joins DML statements Primary/Unique Keys Views.
- Advanced SQL: Indexes Stored Procedures Query Optimization & Performance Tuning.
- Practical Skills: Query debugging performance improvement.
- Web & Middleware
- Experience with HTML XML and web-based technologies.
- Exposure to middle-tier programming.
- Hands-on with JBoss servers.
- Cloud & DevOps
- Working knowledge of AWS EC2 servers S3 buckets and Jenkins deployments.
- Good understanding of Linux commands and working in Linux environments.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to break down large problems into manageable parts.
- Adaptability to handle changing requirements and business needs.
- Effective communication presentation and documentation skills.
- Good email etiquette and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively to meet project deliverables on time.
- Active listening and clear articulation of ideas.
Good to Have:
Domain Knowledge
- Experience in Life Sciences Revenue Management particularly in:
- Pricing Contracting Rebates/Incentives.
- Contract Compliance.
- Government Pricing & Rebates (Medicare/Medicaid) FSS.
- Channel Management & Market Access.
- Preferable knowledge of Model N RC Framework (ACF/POF frameworks).
