Job Description

Job Title: Legal Officer

Location: Karnal
CTC: Up to 8 LPA
Qualification: LLB (Mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Legal Officer with expertise in litigation and non-litigation matters. The role requires strong knowledge of legal drafting compliance and representation before authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage litigation and non-litigation cases across courts tribunals and regulatory bodies.

  • Draft review and vet contracts agreements and legal documents.

  • Provide legal opinions and advisory support to management.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and company policies.

  • Liaise with external counsels and stakeholders for case management.

  • Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • LLB Degree (Mandatory).

  • Minimum 4 years of legal experience in litigation and non-litigation.

  • Strong knowledge of corporate civil and regulatory laws.

  • Excellent drafting research and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
