Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Legal Officer with expertise in litigation and non-litigation matters. The role requires strong knowledge of legal drafting compliance and representation before authorities.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage litigation and non-litigation cases across courts tribunals and regulatory bodies.

Draft review and vet contracts agreements and legal documents.

Provide legal opinions and advisory support to management.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and company policies.

Liaise with external counsels and stakeholders for case management.

Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
Requirements:

LLB Degree (Mandatory).

Minimum 4 years of legal experience in litigation and non-litigation.

Strong knowledge of corporate civil and regulatory laws.

Excellent drafting research and analytical skills.

Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
