DESCRIPTION
Price Industries on the search for aCustomer Service/Order Entry Assistantfor its growing US office and manufacturing facility located inSuwanee GA. This position will report to the Director Customer Support Services and will be responsible for managing customer service (Account Management) and the order entry process-from customer inquiry to Production Control to optimize customer satisfaction and support effective production scheduling. Successful candidate will lead and/or support strategic purchasing initiatives (specifics to be determined)
Responsibilities
Assist Account Management team with daily interactions with addition to assisting the Account Management team this position will also assist the Order Entry team.
Daily interactions and responsibilities will include:
Checking order status and tracking
Expedite requests
Problem resolutions
Field Quality Reports
Return Material Authorizations
Credit and debit requests
Cross references
Software and web site support
Data Entry
Change Orders
Digital Order filing
Qualifications
4 years experience of managing customer service
Experience in sheet-metal industry a Huge Plus
