Royal Caribbean (Guest Travel Services)

CONDUENT IS HIRING CUSTOMER CARE AGENTS FOR

MONTERREY NUEVO LEON SITE.

Training starts October 6th 2025

Description:

At Guest Travel Services (GTS) we bring vacations to life. As part of Royal Caribbean Group we specialize in helping guests who already have their cruise booked by arranging the flights they need to reach their departure port and return addition we also assist with hotels and ground transportation to ensure every detail of their journey is covered. Our team is ready to step in when unexpected issues arisesuch as flight delays or cancellationsso our guests can enjoy a smooth worry-free start and finish to their dream vacation.

Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) B2 or above
  • Computer skills
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Schedules from 5am - 11pm Monday to Sunday
  • 2 days off
  • Full availability required.
  • Working on site.
  • Sales experience
