The Team

Deloittes Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization data management performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies including big data cloud cognitive and machine learning.

Location: Mumbai/Pune/Delhi

Job Summary: Lead complex transformation projects for leading life health and general insurance clients. Youll be responsible for driving business growth managing high-performing teams and delivering innovative consulting solutions across strategy operations digital and regulatory domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end consulting engagements in the insurance sector (Life General and Health).
• Drive transformation programs across policy servicing claims underwriting distribution and customer experience
• Analyze business processes identify improvement areas and develop actionable recommendations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships at CXO and senior management levels
• Manage teams ensuring high-quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction
• Support business development through proposal writing client presentations and industry research.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants within the team

Required Qualifications:

• MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute or equivalent qualification
• 814 years of experience with at least 58 years in insurance consulting or transformation role
• Strong domain knowledge across Life General or Health insurance functions
• Proven experience in managing large-scale insurance transformation or digital implementation projects.
• Strong problem-solving analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
