Job Description
- Ability to manage people in a professional manner and maintain efficiency in all departments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Provide excellent customer service. We want you to be the go to person who knows how to quickly find the right part for every job.
- Face to face and on the phone communication with customers maintaining a respectful and positive attitude
- Provide effective communication to customers regarding their service and parts needs
- Work closely with customers to obtain necessary authorization and documentation relating to their parts orders.
- Complete invoicing and collecting procedures in a timely manner
- Assist in maintaining all department tools equipment and department clean and orderly
- Follow up call with customers regarding any parts specials
- Adapting to more responsibilities as they present themselves
- Salary range is $100000-$125000 based on experience
