We are looking for a People Partner to collaborate with the HR Lead in managing HR processes. Our vendor team is developing a product for one of the top 5 tech companies.

Responsibilities:
- Communicating with internal managers
- Conducting one-on-one meetings with team members
- Arranging internal team-building activities and events
- Monitoring team dynamics providing guidance and assisting in resolving issues
- Conducting surveys and questionnaires

Requirements :
- C1 level of English
- 1 year of experience in HR within the IT sector
- Understanding of general HR processes
- Excellent communication negotiation presentation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Polish is an advantage
