The People Solutions Navigator serves as the first point of contact for team member and leader inquiries regarding Human Resources concerns. Working under general supervision for routine situations this role exhibits excellent customer service to resolve various issues.
Responsibilities
Responds to HR inquiries in adherence to established protocol and policies to resolve employee issues. Participates in the implementation of special projects within Human Resources to promote learning and a positive employee experience. Aids in conflict resolution by using effective communication techniques to de-escalate the situation. Maintains knowledge of current laws and HR policies in order to make accurate judgements in response to employee inquiries. Assists with updating the HR Knowledge Base when new information is encountered that may affect procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
