How youll add value
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to leads providing expert consultation and coaching on a variety of people-related challenges and opportunities.
- Organizational Development: Identify and implement organizational design and development initiatives that align with our business strategy including workforce planning team effectiveness and cultural initiatives.
- Performance Management:Drive the performance management cycle coaching leads and employees to ensure a culture of continuous feedback and high performance.
- Data and Analytics:Use data and analytical skills to identify trends diagnose challenges and inform strategic decisions presenting data-driven recommendations to the leadership team.
- Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues providing guidance and support to both employees and leads in a fair and consistent manner.
Youll be successful in this role if you
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a People Business Partner or similar HR role with a proven track record of consulting leaders.
- Are analytical at heart with strong skills in using data to tell a story and influence decisions.
- Have a deep understanding of organizational development principles performance management best practices and change management methodologies.
- Are a strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while also managing day-to-day operational needs.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Are knowledgeable about and interested in how AI can be used to improve people processes and the employee experience.
- High proficiency in English and German
- Have sound knowledge of German labor law to deliver compliant advise
- Have a true passion for all people-related topics are proactive and able to work independently
- Are eager to bring new ideas and to achieve team goals
