Job Description:
7 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting one or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules
Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM overall solution and the high-level Human Resource business processes and their function in an organization
Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR Benefits Absence Compensation Time & Labor Talent Management Recruiting Learning or Payroll)
Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner of 2 or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules
Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
Apply knowledge of one or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules to business processes in various domains or industries
Architect solutions and develop proof of concepts for demonstration to clients and prospects.
