| Job Description/ Position Description | Leads Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support ensuring compliance with European statutory requirements VAT and IFRS standards. Manages multi-country finance processes including GL AP AR FA and Cash Management. |
| Job Role/ duties and responsibilities | - Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets Cash Management and Tax
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design financial solutions aligned with European statutory and regulatory compliance
- Configure Oracle Fusion Financials to meet multi-country requirements including localization for European tax structures VAT and statutory reporting
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and other European accounting standards while supporting audit and governance processes
- Manage end-to-end finance processes including period close intercompany transactions and multi-currency handling
- Provide guidance on integration of financial modules with other Oracle Fusion applications and external systems
- Prepare functional documentation configuration guides and process flows for finance operations
- Conduct functional testing support user acceptance testing and validate configurations for accuracy and compliance
- Offer post-implementation support troubleshoot finance-related issues and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement
- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion Financials features European regulatory changes and best practices to deliver optimized solutions

| Required qualifications | - Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL AP AR FA Cash Management Tax)
- Knowledge of IFRS VAT and European statutory reporting requirements
- Experience in multi-currency intercompany transactions and tax compliance
- Ability to configure financial modules for multi-country operations
- Familiarity with audit governance and financial control processes
- Strong analytical skills for financial data validation and reconciliation
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in finance ERP roles with Fusion Financials
- Exposure to European localization and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of integration with banking systems and third-party financial tools
