| Job Description/ Position Description | Leads Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support ensuring compliance with European statutory requirements VAT and IFRS standards. Manages multi-country finance processes including GL AP AR FA and Cash Management. |
| Job Role/ duties and responsibilities | - Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR Payroll Absence Management Talent Management and Benefits
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design HCM solutions aligned with European labor laws GDPR compliance and country-specific HR policies
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet multi-country requirements including localization for European employment regulations statutory reporting and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards under GDPR and other European directives
- Manage end-to-end HR processes including workforce administration payroll processing and talent lifecycle management
- Provide guidance on integration of HCM modules with other Oracle Fusion applications and external systems
- Prepare functional documentation configuration guides and process flows for HR operations
- Conduct functional testing support user acceptance testing and validate configurations for accuracy and compliance
- Offer post-implementation support troubleshoot HCM-related issues and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement
- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM features European regulatory changes and best practices to deliver optimized HR solutions
