| Job Description/ Position Description | Responsible for designing and implementing scalable technical solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud ensuring integration security and performance optimization. Acts as a technical leader for architecture customization and data migration activities. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver robust enterprise solutions. |
| Job Role/ duties and responsibilities | - Responsible for functional solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud applications focused on Supply Chain Management
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure alignment with best practices and enterprise standards
- Configure and optimize modules such as Material Management Inventory Management Order Management Purchasing Master Data Management (MDM) and Planning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional expertise across end-to-end supply chain processes
- Lead solution design workshops and provide guidance on Oracle Fusion capabilities to meet business needs
- Support integration of Supply Chain modules with other Oracle Fusion applications and external systems
- Prepare functional documentation including configuration guides process flows and user manuals
- Conduct functional testing validate configurations and support user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality
- Provide post-implementation support troubleshoot functional issues and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement
- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion Supply Chain features releases and industry best practices to deliver innovative solutions

| Required qualifications to be successful in this role | - Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Inventory Order Management Purchasing MDM Planning)
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
- Experience in requirement gathering solution design and functional configuration
- Ability to lead workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions
- Familiarity with integration points between SCM and other ERP modules
- Strong documentation skills for process flows and configuration guides
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Oracle ERP functional roles with Fusion SCM
- Exposure to global implementations and multi-country configurations
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and UAT support.
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
