We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Events Assistant to support the planning coordination and execution of our events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment has strong organizational skills and is passionate about delivering outstanding experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics including venue arrangements vendors and schedules.
Support the creation of event timelines budgets and checklists.
Communicate with clients suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Assist in on-site event setup registration and guest services.
Track expenses and help maintain budget compliance.
Provide administrative support such as preparing contracts proposals and reports.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or related field preferred.
12 years of experience in event coordination or a related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus.
Ability to work evenings or weekends as required by events.
