Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Mondays to Fridays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with 1-hour unpaid break
- Client time zone: UK Time
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Email Marketing Executive to manage 5 Klaviyo accounts (3 D2C and 2 Wholesale). This role will be responsible for executing our email marketing strategy optimising campaign performance and ensuring strong engagement across all accounts.
- Manage and maintain Klaviyo profiles ensuring data accuracy and segmentation integrity
- Develop implement and optimise automated flows and retention strategies
- Create schedule and split-test email campaigns to improve open and click-through rates
- Monitor account performance and key metrics such as open rate CTR and conversions
- Produce weekly performance reports for campaigns and flows
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align email strategy with business goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Klaviyo ideally across multiple accounts
- Proven track record in managing both D2C and wholesale email marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Creative mindset with the ability to write engaging copy and design visually appealing campaigns

Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an Independent Contractor arrangement the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
