Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Virtual Assistant)
Location: Remote CET time zone preferred (Philippines or time zones between CET and the Philippines also welcome)
Job Type: Full-time (38 hours per week)
Experience Level: Minimum of 1 2 years
A remote Sales & Marketing Coordinator role focusing on administrative support CRM management basic finance tasks and light marketing duties. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM records preparing reports managing expenses and invoicing creating proposals in Canva executing email campaigns updating website content and assisting with logistics for sales trips. Optional social media management may be included.
Requirements
- 1 2 years in a VA admin or similar support role
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience with CRM tools email marketing platforms and design software (or willingness to learn)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Basic finance or invoicing knowledge
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Hospitality or travel industry knowledge is an advantage
