Job Summary
This is a remote position.
What Youll Do
Build and manage cold email campaigns from strategy to execution.
Identify and segment prospect lists to reach the right decision-makers.
Write and test personalized email sequences to improve open and response rates.
Monitor deliverability domain health and performance metrics.
Manage inbox replies nurture leads and coordinate handovers to sales or account teams.
Continuously analyze campaign results to optimize performance and conversions.

Requirements
24 years of experience in cold email marketing outreach or lead generation.
Strong understanding of email deliverability copywriting and personalization techniques.
Experience with cold email tools (e.g. Instantly Lemlist Smartlead or similar).
Excellent written English and attention to detail.
Proactive data-driven and comfortable working independently.
Familiarity with influencer or digital marketing industries is a plus.
