Job Summary

Were looking for a Business & Marketing Assistant to support marketing initiatives client engagement and day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment in the premium beauty sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage social media content campaigns and brand communications

  • Provide professional client support: inquiries appointments and follow-ups

  • Handle administrative tasks such as emails calendars and reports

  • Assist with marketing campaigns events and promotions

  • Produce visual content including photography and videography

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

  • Monitor marketing performance and provide actionable insights



Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in marketing client support or business operations

  • Hands-on experience with social media and content creation

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design/visual content tools
