Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks including transaction categorization and allocation across multiple business entities
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve connectivity issues with financial institutions
- Handle inter-company transfers and ensure proper allocation between business units
- Process historical transaction entries to resolve data gaps and maintain compliance
- Review and categorize weekly transactions requiring manual attention and decision-making
- Manage payroll-related bookkeeping entries and maintain accurate employee records
- Upload and organize incoming medical records into patient portal systems
- Create comprehensive Excel reports for business analysis and decision-making support
- Convert and organize PDF documents for administrative and compliance purposes
- Provide general administrative support across multiple business locations as needed
Requirements
- QuickBooks certification with minimum 3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis reporting and financial modeling
- Proven experience with bank reconciliations and multi-entity accounting structures
- Familiarity with healthcare or medical practice software systems preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail for accurate transaction processing and medical record handling
- Technical troubleshooting skills for resolving software connectivity issues
- Experience with document management PDF conversion and file organization
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional computer setup for remote work
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
