Job Highlights:
- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: 20 hours per week; Flexible hours but meetings within: Monday Wednesday Friday - 9am - 12pm PST (Very Flexible)
Client Time zone: PST
Responsibilities:
- Provide monthly profit and loss statements to agency clients specifically for their Amazon operations
- Implement and track custom expenses submitted by clients for comprehensive financial reporting
- Manage internal bookkeeping for the agencys own brand portfolio (two brands with one launching and one potentially being sold)
- Handle all internal agency bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
- Create and send invoices to clients for agency services
- Track invoice payments and send payment reminders as needed
- Monitor and categorize custom expenses across all business verticals
- Handle general finance-related tasks and support as business needs arise
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills for direct client and team interaction
- Experience with e-commerce bookkeeping preferably Amazon-focused operations
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks Xero or similar platforms)
- Ability to integrate into team communication tools like Slack
- Experience with invoice creation payment tracking and accounts receivable management
- Understanding of profit and loss statement preparation and financial reporting
