Program Overview:
- Duration: Up to 2 years with potential for full-time hire
- Workload: 6 hours per day
- Openings: 4 positions
- Start Date: September 1 2025
- Location: Onsite So Paulo
Key Dates:

What Youll Do:
- Conduct outreach to potential leads via email LinkedIn and other channels
- Book meetings for our sales team and maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities
- Manage and update our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) to ensure accurate tracking of prospects and clients
- Assist in building sales proposals and pitch decks
- Support in preparing and participating in client presentations
- Learn and implement automation workflows to increase sales efficiency
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to align sales efforts with campaigns
What Were Looking For:
- Students from 2nd year onward (Business Marketing Communications Economics or related fields)
- Interest or basic knowledge in digital marketing or sales processes
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese (English or Spanish is a plus)
- Organized detail-oriented and eager to learn new tools (HubSpot LinkedIn Sales Navigator Pandadoc etc.)
- Passion for growth performance and working in a dynamic environment
