Job Description

Chili Internship Program 2025 Sales & Business Development

Chili is looking for students with a background or strong interest in Sales Marketing or Business who are ready to dive into a fast-paced data-driven and innovative environment. If youre passionate about digital marketing sales processes and growth this is your chance to be part of something big.

Program Overview:

  • Duration: Up to 2 years with potential for full-time hire
  • Workload: 6 hours per day
  • Openings: 4 positions
  • Start Date: September 1 2025
  • Location: Onsite So Paulo

Key Dates:

  • Applications open: June 1 to August 31 2025
  • Program starts: September 1 2025

What Youll Do:

  • Conduct outreach to potential leads via email LinkedIn and other channels
  • Book meetings for our sales team and maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities
  • Manage and update our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) to ensure accurate tracking of prospects and clients
  • Assist in building sales proposals and pitch decks
  • Support in preparing and participating in client presentations
  • Learn and implement automation workflows to increase sales efficiency
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to align sales efforts with campaigns

What Were Looking For:

  • Students from 2nd year onward (Business Marketing Communications Economics or related fields)
  • Interest or basic knowledge in digital marketing or sales processes
  • Strong communication skills in Portuguese (English or Spanish is a plus)
  • Organized detail-oriented and eager to learn new tools (HubSpot LinkedIn Sales Navigator Pandadoc etc.)
  • Passion for growth performance and working in a dynamic environment
