Job Description

Qualifications

Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
3 5 years of personal injury litigation experience
Trial preparation experience required; first- or second-chair trial experience strongly preferred
Strong legal writing research negotiation and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of California tort law and the Code of Civil Procedure
Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet critical deadlines
Experience with case management software (e.g. PracticePanther CASEpeer)
Bilingual (Spanish or other language)
Completion of Trial Academy or similar litigation training
